Lafleur's Country Catering Contract of Agreement Once you have chosen your menu, preparations will be made to offer you the best delivery of service for the day of your occasion. Confirmation of your booking and the number of people attending that need to be served food must be set at least 4-6 months in advance and a final confirmation of the number of guests must be done at least 2 weeks prior to your occasion to ensure that the correct amount of food is available for you and your guests. Upon confirming your booking with Lafleur's Country Catering, 50% of the total cost must be paid to confirm our services. Upon completion of your dinner, the remaining 50% of the total cost needs to be paid before Lafleur's Country Catering leaves for the evening. Applicable Food Charges, Service fees and Gratuities will be added to the total of all confirmed bookings. When booking the Hall for your occasion, the kitchen of the facility must be booked for Lafleur's Country Catering on the Day before your occasion for food preparation and on the day of for further preparations and serving. If additional fees are charged by the hall for rental of the kitchen, these cost are not included in the cost of our services and should be paid to the owner of the premises as indicated on your rental hall agreement. You are responsible for any decorative trimming you would like on the buffet table and guest tables. Lafleur's Country Catering does not offer linens, or decorating services, however, we will make the buffet table and serving dished visually appealing and fit for the occasion. We will also take full responsibility for cleaning and leaving the kitchen as it was before we came in and offered our services.
